How do you identify investment opportunities?

What is an "accredited investor"?

An accredited investor, as defined by the SEC, generally refers to an individual with a net worth over $1 million (excluding their primary residence) or an income exceeding $200,000 individually ($300,000 with a spouse) in each of the two most recent years, with a reasonable expectation of the same in the current year. We can provide more detailed criteria during our initial discussions.

How often will I receive distributions?

Jeff Dulmage

Jeff Dulmage is a seasoned real estate broker and investor with over 25 years of experience in the industry.

Jeff successfully built and scaled a full-service real estate brokerage and property management company to over 400 units under management before exiting through a profitable sale. To date, he has completed three real estate syndications and four joint venture deals, raising a total of $6 million.
