Over the last two years, Jason has worked as a capital raiser inside private equity, successfully raising $2.2 million in committed capital across multiple real estate funds and syndication platforms. He understands the full investor journey — from first conversation to final K-1 — and uses that experience to make LV5 Capital's onboarding, communication, and reporting feel more institutional than most sponsors of similar size.
Before transitioning into private equity full-time, Jason held leadership roles at two Fortune 50 companies — Amazon and Frito-Lay — across the blue-collar industrial sector. In those roles, he managed multi-million-dollar P&Ls, led high-performing teams, and operationally scaled businesses. Today, that operational background informs how he engages with prospective investors: with discipline, follow-through, and a clear focus on long-term partnership.
