Most introductory calls are hosted by Jeff Dulmage (Managing Partner) or Jason Mazard (Capital Partner, Investor Relations). Both partners walk new investors through LV5 Capital's investment philosophy, current and upcoming offerings, sponsor compensation structure, and what passive investing in multifamily real estate looks like in practice. Existing investors typically meet with Jeff for portfolio updates, capital events, and reinvestment discussions.
What to expect
Initial consultations run 30–45 minutes by video. There is no obligation to invest, and no information shared in the call is treated as a securities offering — formal subscriptions are made only through Private Placement Memoranda for individual deals. Bring questions about deal structure, target returns, hold periods, depreciation and tax treatment, or any specific property in the portfolio.
Are you an accredited investor?
Most LV5 Capital offerings are open only to accredited investors as defined by the SEC: individuals with $1M+ net worth excluding primary residence, or $200K+ annual income ($300K with a spouse) for the past two years with the same expected this year.
